Discounts & Scholarships
Sibling Discount: Save $50 per sibling!
Referral Discount: Save $100 for each camper you send us that signs up for 3 or 6 weeks!
Scholarships: Full and Partial Scholarships are available through the Harand Camp Scholarship Fund. The HCSF offers a sliding scale of aid to low- and middle-income families. The deadline to apply is April 15 with awards distributed May 1.

Tuition Details
Application Terms
We accept Checks (payable to Harand Camp of the Theatre Arts), Visa & Mastercard. A 3.5% service charge will be applied to all credit card payments after the initial $500 deposit. Tuition covers room & board; arts & elective classes; recreational activities; costumes; supplies; outings; personal laundry up to $15 per session. (Parents provide balance, if any, for laundry.) Tuition does not include WI sales tax, medical bills not covered by your insurance, private instrumental or academic instruction, luggage shipment, $15 fee for lost key cards, or $50 fee for lost or damaged scripts (Second Session).
"MINI BANK" MONEY (cash/check due at check-in): Personal spending money provided by the family for use on trips ($100 per 3-week session). Money is placed in our Mini-Bank until withdrawn by the camper. Balance is refunded at check-out.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 must accompany the camper application.
A second non-refundable deposit of $500 is due by February 15, 2025. If enrolling after February 15, both non-refundable deposits ($1,000 total) are due with the application.
To secure a place in camp, the balance of tuition must be paid in full by May 1, 2026 (If you are registering after May 1, please call to discuss payment options).
There are NO REFUNDS if you cancel your camper's enrollment or if the camper is dismissed for any reason after May 15, 2026.
