For 40 years, campers from Harand had moved on in their lives. Always remembering the unique and amazing experiences that they took with them from the time they spent at Harand Camp in Elkhart Lake. In 1995, the Harand family relented to the constant whining of thousands of former campers, and held their first "Alumni Reunion."

Coordinated through the efforts of Nora, Judy, and Janice, with Sulie and Pearl at the helm, they began by recruiting former campers from every decade previously. The result was a fabulous Labor Day weekend retreat at the Osthoff Resort, which now stands on the former grounds of Harand Camp. As you walk the grounds, you find an occasional memory of the original camp in it's natural setting. A tree, an aroma, or even the random cement handprints staggered around the site of the resort. Harand Camp will always be a part of Elkhart Lake, and vice-versa. So too, will they all be a part of us...
